Property Management

We provide property management services to owners of single family homes, duplexes, condominiums and apartment complexes.  Our service includes:

  • Free market analysis of your property
  • Place advertising for your property through local media, our 24 hour information line, our web-site and through yard signs
  • Professional licensed agents will show your property to prospective residents
  • Screen prospective residents through a comprehensive application process including credit reporting
  • Negotiate the lease and terms
  • Collect security deposits and maintain a separate escrow account for such funds
  • Collect rental payments
  • Enforce all lease terms and conditions
  • Supervise necessary repairs including 24 hour coverage for emergency repairs
  • Remit to the owner a monthly check and statement of accounting
  • Provide year-end tax statements
  • Institute eviction procedures and supervise collection of bad debts, if necessary 

Brokerage

We represent Buyers and Sellers in their residential real estate transactions.  Our professional agents offer:

  • Advertise your property in local media, on our web-site, on home sale websites such as realtor.com and realtracs.com, and through our yard signs 
  • Professional licensed agents will show your property to prospective buyers
  • Schedule and supervise the showing of your property by buyers' agents including showing feedback

  • Work closely with mortgage companies to ensure a smooth closing

Management Consulting

We work with owners of large multi-family complexes on a consulting basis.  We offer:  

  • Assessment of the physical facilty to determine needed improvements, identify areas of concern, and suggest changes that will promote long term cost savings
